Purity is often sought out for a more discernible effect, a more pronounced energetic boost from a sativa or a heavier more sedative drag from an indica. But what happens when you need both energy and pain relief? For my review today I get a chance to see just that: a beautiful combination of Granddaddy Purple and Trainwreck.
For this week's review my boss thought it may be a good idea to reintroduce folks to our high grade Romulan cold water hash - hands down one of the best indica products we have. Deceptive in its packaging, often at a glance it looks more like a small polished brown marble than anything else. Brought close, the oily residue left on the container from where the hash has touched is clearly evident, leaving little doubt as to how 'melty' it's going to be. Only one way to tell though, and that's by digging in.
Despite the recent rise in popularity of CBD rich strains, many patients still remain unaware of their benefits. At Berkeley Patients Care Collective, we consider it of the utmost importance to educate ourselves and our patients to the best of our abilities in order to better understand what cannabis can do for us. For this reason, this weeks review will take a good hard look at two CBD rich strains: 'Harlequin' and 'Terpene Queen'.
...cannabis doesn't just have variations in effect, but also in a wide range of smells and tastes. The sample I have been provided for this review is one of the most unique smells I have found in the cannabis world, even though it is the very embodiment of its namesake: Maple.
Medical Marijuana has long had to sift through the stuff of legend, only to find a small kernel of truth. From a mysterious lineage to an exotic taste, much of what is known is passed down, and not always correctly. Fortunately, that information is not always necessary in order to objectively review something. My current review is no different, purportedly representing the near-legendary pure Sativa strain that Bob Marley favored most: Lambsbread.
For this weeks review, I get a chance to look at one of my very favorite skunk strains: Island Sweet Skunk. A sativa heavy hybrid, Island Sweet Skunk is most often considered a phenotype of Skunk #1 or a close relative. They certainly share similarities in appearance, displaying the same shade of light green.
