PCC is NOT a doctor’s office.

We do NOT issue recommendations for cannabis.

Designated Caregivers are always welcome as well. Our registration process is the same; however, patients and their caregivers must both be present on their initial visit with their respective valid government issued IDs.  Caregivers must bring your designated caregiver’s paperwork. (Notarized copy is acceptable)

Medical cannabis obtained through PCC is for personal medical use of the Qualified Patient for whom it was acquired. Any diversion of medical cannabis from the legal recipient and/or any violation of this policy is grounds for termination of membership.

  • Members must be at least eighteen (18) years old with a valid US government-issued identification (i.e.  driver’s license, passport, etc.).
  • Members must present a copy of their valid and unexpired California physician’s letter of recommendation or medical cannabis ID card issued by the county health department pursuant to the Medical Marijuana Program Act before each visit.
  • Submission of false or intentionally misleading forms, documents, and/or records shall be grounds for termination of membership.
  • To ensure member privacy, we do not allow use of electronic devices such as recording devices, phones, and cameras inside PCC.
Being a good neighbor is very important to us.  Please help PCC by doing the following:
  • Do not loiter before, during, or after PCC’s hours of operation.
  • Keep your medicine out of sight when you leave PCC, and do not have medicine in the passenger compartment of a vehicle.
  • Never consume your medicine at and around PCC.
  • Never drive a vehicle when impaired by cannabis.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in the proper receptacles.
  • Only park in legal parking spaces during the proper hours. Free parking is available on Parker, behind PCC.
  • Be friendly to our neighbors.
  • PCC is a smoke-free facility (including e-cigarettes and vape pens).  No consumption of cannabis products is permitted on site.
  • Absolutely no alcohol, illegal drugs or weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.
  • Be courteous and respectful to PCC staff and other members. Abusive/offensive behavior is not allowed.
  • You may only acquire one (1) ounce of dried flowers on any single day.
