Oakland Considering Four Large-Scale Cannabis Farms and adding two dispensaries

The city of Oakland may allow four large-scale cannabis farms and is considering raising the number of medical cannabis dispensary permits from four to six.  "My gut instinct said this would be a great revenue and job generator for the city", she said. "But after running the numbers, I went 'Wow, that's really a job generator'"
