We would like to let our patients know that we are not one of the dispensaries who have received threatening lettters from the DOJ this week. However, we stand in solidarity with our fellow Californians and patients to fight the injustice of these attacks on our legal, and voter approved system of SAFE ACCESS to MEDICAL CANNABIS. Following are details of how these threats were made and information about what you can do to help! We will keep you posted on new developments.

How was your 2010? For the medical patient, 2010 posed a lot of questions about what we might want the future of cannabis access to look like. We now have 15 States in America with some kind of medical-use legislature (Welcome Arizona!) and have had one very close encounter at legalization here in California, with Prop 19.
